When Do Boxes Ship?

Boxes ship quarterly, close to March 1st, June 1st, September 1st, and December 1st, so that customers have clothes in the proper size as seasons change.

 

 

When Do I Get My First Box?

New customers receive their first box immediately from the current season. Subsequent boxes arrive quarterly, close to March 1st, June 1st, September 1st, and December 1st.  The cutoff date for changing one’s order (clothing size or adding/subtracting items) is two weeks in advance of shipment.  Customers will receive an email three weeks ahead of a shipment to remind them of the cutoff date.

 

What Is In My Box?

Each basic box has at least five tops, five bottoms, one set of pajamas, one seasonally appropriate warmer top, and five pairs of socks.  Infant boxes (newborn – 9 months) include bibs and additional onesies.  Girl boxes tend to replace one top or bottom with a dress, and one of the bottoms may be a casual skirt or skort.  Toddler boxes (2T-5T) include five pairs of underwear.

 

Customers can upgrade to include swimwear in their March 1st box and/or winter coats in their September 1st boxes.  Swimwear is all UPF 50 wetsuits or tops and bottoms.  Tops may be short or long sleeve.  Girl bottoms could be skorts, bikinis, or short shorts.  Winter jackets are casual and meant for on-the-go use and some playtime in the snow.  They may not be appropriate for extreme weather.  Winter apparel for infants is a bunting suit.

 

Where Are the Clothes From?

We source new clothing from a variety of well-known brands.  Our preference is always to purchase excess inventory from others so that we stay true to our environmentally-friendly aspirations.

 

What Is Your Return Policy?

Isaac and Isabel, Inc. is a one-stop shop for your child’s seasonal clothing basics.  We do not price out the individual items in our subscription boxes, and so we cannot accept returns of individual items.

 

If you purchased the incorrect size, we will gladly exchange your box for the correct size for the cost of shipping and a 10% restocking fee.  If your box arrived damaged, we will gladly send out a replacement upon receipt of the necessary documentation to file an insurance claim with our shipping service.

 

If you are unhappy with the items, we will accept a one-time return and refund provided that all items are returned with their tags still attached within 14 days of receipt.  Because our styling, general selection, and suppliers remain generally constant, we suggest you cancel your subscription to avoid nonrefundable future shipments.

How Do I Redeem My Groupon?

Thanks for purchasing a Groupon for an upgrade to your Isaac & Isabel subscription!

 

To redeem: 

  1. Subscribe to one of our boxes and enter your details. You can still choose to double the size of your box for an additional $89. When you get to the last option, to upgrade, select "no."
  2. At checkout, use the coupon code: Geyj6zgq  This will take $98 off the cost of your box, leaving a $1 registration fee.
  3. After checking out, please forward your order confirmation email to: hello@isaacandisabel.com with your Groupon voucher code so we can verify that you purchased and are redeeming your Groupon.

 

We will remind you if we can't find your name/email on our list of purchased Groupon vouchers.  

 

If we cannot verify your Groupon purchase, your subscription will be cancelled, and the $1 registration fee refunded prior to shipment.
